HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
Login to your GIF account, On the left side of Dashboard, click account settings
put your current password and your new preferred password and click CHANGE PASSWORD
HOW TO EDIT FINANCIAL DETAILS
GIF financial details include,
1. KRA PIN No
2. Your National ID /Passport No
3. Your MPESA Phone No
Editing your financial details is important since you can’t withdraw your commissions if you haven’t provided your financial details.
To edit , Login to your GIF account and click on Account Settings on the left side of affiliate Dashboard.
Then Click Withdraw Settings .
Put your KRA pin number and your ID number then tick on the MPESA box,
provide your Mpesa phone number in the space provided and in the format given eg 254712345678
click UPDATE DETAIL
HOW TO WITHDRAW CASH
To withdraw your commissions from GIF account, Login to your GIF affiliate dashboard,
At the My Money part, click withdraw cash, put the amount you want to withdraw in dollars. Withdraw with one dollar less which is the withdraw fee eg if you have 100 dollars in your account, when withdrawing put 99 dollars. SUBMIT the withdrawal.
Upon finishing the process, you will receive an email to confirm the transaction.
